Refund Policy

At App14, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer refunds under the following conditions.

Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The project has not been started by our team.
  • The agreed requirements are not delivered as outlined in the approved scope of work.
  • We are unable to begin the project within the committed timeline.
  • We cancel the project before delivery.

Partial Refund

At any time, you may choose to halt your project and claim a partial refund. The refundable amount covers the portion of work not yet completed, with any work already delivered deducted from the total.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Development work has already started and the agreed milestones are being executed.
  • Requirements are changed, expanded, or modified after project commencement.
  • Delays are caused by missing content, feedback, approvals, or assets from the client.
  • The project is completed according to the agreed scope.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our team with your project details. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
