App14 is a fourteen-day app sprint. You pick a package, pick a start week, pay, and two weeks later you have a working app in the App Store and the Play Store.
It is run by Appetite Studio, a London-registered design and engineering studio. Appetite is the studio. App14 is one specific thing the studio sells, packaged so that you can buy it without a proposal, a pitch, or six weeks of emails.
Why we sell it this way
Most software agencies cannot tell you what your project costs until they have spent two weeks scoping it, and cannot tell you when it will be finished until they have started. That is not dishonesty. It is what happens when every project is bespoke and open-ended.
The problem is who pays for that uncertainty. You do. It shows up as a wide quote range, a discovery phase you fund, and a timeline that moves.
We took the opposite approach. Fix the time. Fix the price. Then make the scope fit.
That constraint does something useful: it forces the conversation to be about what your product actually has to do, on day one, instead of everything it might do eventually. Almost every project we have delivered got better when we cut it down.
What we build
Web and mobile apps, dashboards, marketplaces, booking systems, and internal business tools. Everything from scratch for your idea, no templates.
We have built for logistics operators, retailers, clinics, community organisations, and government teams. You can read the details on our case studies or by industry.
What we will not build
Two separate lists, and both matter.
The first is practical. We do not build games, and we do not build heavy real-time systems like trading engines or video conferencing. Those genuinely need months, and pretending otherwise would just mean failing slowly.
The second is about what the work is for. We are Appetite Studio, and we build technology for public good. There is a specific list of things we turn down regardless of budget: gambling, adult content, predatory lending, projects that promote discrimination, and a few others.
We publish that list, because a supplier who tells you what they will refuse is telling you something true at a cost to themselves.
Read who we work with, and who we do not.
How to work with us
The full list of questions people ask covers most of it, and our terms are written to be read rather than survived. There is no sales process: you can book a sprint with a card, today, and get a full refund any time before we start work. If you would rather talk first, book a ten-minute call or email hi@appetite.studio.
Common questions
Who is behind App14?
App14 is run by Appetite Studio, a London-registered design and engineering studio. Appetite is the studio; App14 is the fixed-price, fourteen-day sprint we sell through it.
Where is App14 based?
We are registered in London at 20 Wenlock Road, N1 7GU, and we work with clients across the UK and internationally. Most of the work happens remotely, which is how we keep the price where it is.
How many people work on my project?
A small team covering design, engineering, and release. Deliberately small: a two-week build has no room for handoffs between five people who have never spoken.
